What are Family Constellations?

Family Constellations offer a short-term therapeutic approach that focuses on resolving issues. This method uncovers hidden dynamics in a person's relationship system that might impede well-being and personal development, aiming to empower individuals to reshape their lives. Incorporating techniques and methods from diverse psychotherapeutic disciplines like hypnotherapy, behavioural therapy, gestalt therapy, and systemic therapy, Family Constellations illuminate the hidden dynamics in family relationships. This approach equips clients with insights that foster inner strength and constructive mental perspectives.

Bio Rebecca Hadrill

Rebecca Hadrill is a trained Family and Organisational Constellations Facilitator as well as a TRE (Trauma and Tension Release) Provider.

Rebecca completed her training with Roisin Fallon in Family Constellations and her international certification in Systemic Management Organisational Constellations with international Trainer Cecilio Fernandez Regojo, Managing Director of Talent Manager, Organisational Constellations in 2022.  She is currently on the Professional Practitioner Training in Organisational Constellations with Caroline Ward.

Rebecca also has a Certificate in the Fundamentals Part I of Systemic Coaching and Constellations.

Rebecca started her journey with Constellation work 10 years ago and is passionate about this potent therapeutic method.  She believes this work is a powerful tool to help people gain insights, change perspectives and to feel more connected.

Rebecca facilitates bi-weekly constellation sessions online and has worked on the technical team for the International Systemic Constellation Conferences in 2021 and 2022 in addition to the Embodiment Conference in 2020.
