Talks with inspiring people in the systemic field.

Romy Gerhard (CH)
Business Constellations simulate the essential elements of organizational systems in their dynamics. They work physically, energetically, mentally, intuitively and spiritually.
Purpose constellations are particularly useful. They are in line with the meaning and purpose and make visible what matters. Specifically, they help to gain clarity, recognize potential, make more conscious decisions and free up energy for the important things. This allows you to focus your actions on what reinforces.
Romy Gerhard is an organizational researcher and expert in the field of goal constellations, exploring meaning through business constellations. She enthusiastically guides people and organizations on new paths – always focused on liveliness, effectiveness and flow.

Sarah Cornally (AUS)
Systemic Intelligence in Organisations
Systemic Intelligence in Organisations
Sarah Cornally is deeply interested in what it takes to evolve leaders and transform organisations in a way that promotes liveliness and vitality which is both expansive and generative.
She has invested her career of over 40 years in exploring this. In working initially with her clients in occupational rehabilitation and then evolving into working with leaders and their organisations across the globe focussing on developing cultures where people and the business thrive together.
In her journey she has investigated many concepts and practices that relate to transformation which now have synthesised into a whole system of interdependent models and frameworks as a living evolving system.
Whilst she has always apparently had a systemic perspective, in 2009 she discovered systemic constellations and realised just how much more there was to her previous understanding. Studying both the phenomenological and structural approaches extensively she draws wisdom from the whole field.
For the last 10 years in collaboration with her business partner and a series of clients she has been developing a whole system approach that respects the demands in organisations and seeks the meet them in deep understanding with ways that make the work accessible, inspiring, and enjoyable for them.
Systemic intelligence infuses everything she does. Sarah enjoys the deep satisfaction from supporting clients to discover their generative capability and shape the systems that touch so many people’s lives.
Sarah teaches consultants and executives how to use Systemic Intelligence in their work to expand their perspectives and the accompanying benefits to their clients and organisations. She regularly co-leads
Systemic Intelligence Masterclasses with Siets Bakker.
Sarah lives in Australia and works all over the world. We will talk about how Sarah applies Systemic Intelligence as for her mostly it does not involve
constellations as there as such a vast array of ways to use systemic intelligence.
