I’m Wouter Gheysen, a Systemic Business Transformation Facilitator

I discovered Systemic Constellations by accident around 2008 and it never went away.

Graduated as an engineer in ICT and as a Master in Economical Economics. As subject for my thesis, I choose to do something with Systemic Constellations and HR.  I’m working on the intersection between rational thinking and systemic intuition.

In 2021, I founded Systemic Shifts to support business leaders, executives and leadership teams to become future-ready in complex times, using Systemic Principles and Systemic Constellations.
